Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for a 5.5-month contract in Singapore. You will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.

You will evaluate technology options, apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and support deployment and ongoing operations while identifying opportunities for digital transformation and service

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Knowledge or experience in data analytics, cloud technologies or service design.

Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into business requirements and proposed solutions.

• Support the identification of opportunities for digital transformation and service improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge or experience in at least one of the following areas: data analytics, cloud technologies or service design.
• Business analysis certification, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), is an advantage.
• Previous software development or consulting experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Duration/Working Hours:

5.5 months contract (17 Dec 2026 to 2 Jun 2027)

42 hours per week
