Job summary

TRINITY CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Business Analyst with 5+ years' experience in analysis, solution design, and testing.

The role involves participating in multiple full software/product development cycles and collaborating with stakeholders to pitch ideas and influence outcomes. The candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, with a preference for CBAP certification and prior development or consulting exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of IT business analysis, solution design and testing experience.
• Participation in at least two full software/product development cycles, preferably using Agile.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• CBAP certification (preferred).
• Past development or consulting experience.
• Knowledge in Data Analytics, Agile, Cloud, CRM or Service Design.

• Business analysis certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

• Knowledge or experience in at least one of the following areas: Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, or Service Design.
