Job summary

PEOPLESEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.

The role requires hands-on software development experience with C#.NET and Microsoft platforms, and proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mid-scale IT projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years as an IT Business Analyst.
• Hands-on software development experience in C#.NET / Microsoft platforms is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of recent experience managing, supporting, maintaining, or enhancing MS-based applications.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution definition.
• Proven experience delivering medium-scale IT projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Good understanding of Microsoft app architecture, databases, system integration, and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related discipline is preferred.
• Business Analysis or Agile certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.

• Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and operational needs.
