Qualifications

As part of its ongoing digital transformation initiatives in Southeast Asia, they are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support the rollout and optimisation of regional digital business processes and platforms.

Job Description

The Digital Business Analyst will bridge business requirements and digital systems, supporting the implementation of global digital processes across Southeast Asia. The role will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to translate business needs into structured requirements, ensure process alignment, and support digital platform rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business process requirements for regional digital initiatives.
• Support the implementation of e-commerce, customer experience, and ERP-related platforms.
• Map existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
• Ensure regional requirements remain aligned with global process standards and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders throughout project implementation.
• Support end-to-end user testing, issue resolution, and rollout readiness.
• Assist with user training, documentation, and change adoption activities.
• Continuously review and improve digital business processes across the region.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in business analysis, digital business, e-commerce, or business process improvement.
• Experience within a B2B environment will be advantageous.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, map processes, and work across business and IT teams.
• Exposure to project methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 will be advantageous.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CX, ERP, or similar enterprise platforms will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working with international and cross-cultural teams.
• Structured, proactive, and able to work independently.
