Job summary

OCBC Singapore is offering an internship as a Cash Product Intern. You will gain exposure to cash management products and services supporting corporate clients’ day-to-day banking needs, and work with Product Managers to analyze market developments and contribute to product initiatives that enhance client experience and business outcomes.

You’ll develop analytical, reporting, and presentation skills while collaborating with stakeholders across functions, participating in UAT, and supporting

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Strong curiosity and interest in banking products and financial services.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Management Reporting: assist in preparing and analyzing management information reports.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: research industry trends and competitors’ product offerings.
• Product Management Support: assist Product Managers in execution of initiatives and enhancements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with business, operations, technology and other functions.
• User Acceptance Testing: participate in testing to ensure business requirements are met.
• Project Support: assist in planning, tracking and implementing initiatives.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other assignments.
