Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of technology-delivery experience.
• At least 10 years of combined Business Analysis, Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
• At least 5 years of recent experience within a bank delivering customer-facing internet or mobile banking capabilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital banking initiatives from discovery, product strategy and requirements definition through implementation, UAT, release and production stabilisation.
• Own product roadmaps, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlogs.
• Deliver customer-facing functionality across CASA, deposits, cards, lending, payments, investments, wealth and insurance.
• Analyse complex payment journeys involving domestic and overseas transfers and cross-border remittances.
• Review REST APIs and OpenAPI specifications using Swagger and Postman.
• Coordinate digital channels, middleware, core banking, payment engines and external service integrations.
• Mentor Business Analysts and establish standards for requirements quality and end-to-end traceability.
