Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join the Corporate Internet Banking Platform (CIBP) team.

You will analyze business requirements, document specifications, and support Agile delivery across web and mobile channels for Accounts, Virtual Accounts, Loans, Cards, Wealth Management, Liquidity Management, and FX. You will work with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure clear requirements, maintain BRD/FSD/user stories, and participate in sprint planning, UAT support, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, CS, Engineering, or related discipline.
2 to 4 years of Business Analysis experience in banking, financial services, or technology organizations.
Exposure to Corporate Internet Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Digital Banking platforms is preferred.
Understanding of banking products and services including accounts, deposits, virtual accounts, loans, cards, wealth management, liquidity management, and FX.
Familiarity with business analysis techniques including requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and user story definition.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for development teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements with stakeholders and BA peers.
Support delivery of enquiries and servicing capabilities across Accounts, Virtual Accounts, Loans, Cards, Wealth Management, Liquidity, and FX.
Prepare BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and traceability docs.
Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and workshops with business and tech teams.
Analyze processes for improvements, digitalization, and operational efficiency.
Work with engineering to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and refinement in Agile delivery.
Assist with test scenarios and UAT, ensuring traceability of decisions and scope changes.
Collaborate with cross-domain teams (Accounts, Entitlements, Approvals, Notifications, Dashboard, Shared Services).
Support release planning, implementation, and post-production issue analysis.
Leverage AI productivity tools while adhering to governance standards.
