Job summary
IDC Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support the transformation of our Corporate Digital Banking platform.
You will work closely with product owners to document new platform behaviour, and collaborate with UX design and technology teams to shape the user experience and system design for Corporate and SME client journeys. Qualifications
- 8+ years of BA experience on digital platforms.
- At least 3 years in corporate or business banking.
- Experience writing user stories, process maps and functional docs.
- Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear specs.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum with backlog and sprints.
Responsibilities
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for business banking capabilities.
- Develop business process flows and user journeys reflecting corporate client needs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure usable screen designs align with requirements.
- Liaise with technology teams to translate requirements into scalable technical design.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature validation.
- Contribute to UAT planning and execution, including acceptance criteria.
