Qualifications

• Have 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Solid understanding of the Singapore Fund Distribution business with proven success.
• Proven aptitude for sales, with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
• Have a demonstrable track record of developing and managing a network of client relationships.
• Knowledge of competitors, products, market trends, and industry developments.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, and a consultative sales approach.
• Integrity, accountability, and client-centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client investment objectives and policy issues to deliver tailored resources and exceed expectations.
• Coverage includes private banks, consumer banks, platforms, insurance partners, and asset managers.
• Drive growth across funds/strategies in line with business priorities.
• Develop relationships with strategic distribution partners and key contacts.
• Manage existing client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align local sales strategies and brand awareness.
• Travel within the region to support distribution with key accounts and events.
