Job summary

KMS Dharma School, a department under the Education Unit of the Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery, is seeking an operations-focused professional. You will help plan, coordinate and execute existing and new programmes and projects across the school.

You will assist in overseeing operations, manage IT/AV support, volunteer coordination, and curriculum administration, while promoting events through digital channels and hosting online classes as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; project/event management experience.
• Familiar with AV/IT equipment and AI-driven platforms/tools.
• Willing to work on weekends/public holidays/irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of KMS Dharma School and manage assigned operational areas.
• Plan and create promotional content for school events and manage digital communications.
• Host and manage online classes and training as required.
• Provide general administrative support, including enquiries, records maintenance and classroom bookings.
• Support Monastery events and collaborate with the Education Unit.
