Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery is seeking a diligent administrator to support the Dharma Education Department in Singapore. The role involves planning and executing Dharma programmes, coordinating departmental initiatives, and providing comprehensive admin and logistic support for activities.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or higher, with at least 2 years of related experience. Bilingual English and Mandarin is required, along with strong planning, communication and teamwork skills;

Competenze

• Diploma and above in any field.
• At least 2 years of work experience; project/event management advantageous.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders.
• Strong planning, coordination and attention to detail with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekday evenings, weekends, public holidays and irregular hours if required.
• Knowledge of Buddhism is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate and execute Dharma programmes and activities.
• Assist in overseeing departmental programmes and initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support for department activities.
• Coordinate and manage volunteer engagement, deployment and related matters.
• Support Monastery events.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety guidelines.
