Job summary

The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) at the National University of Singapore invites applications for Assistant Manager / Manager (Development) to support its fundraising efforts. The role focuses on managing the IPS Corporate Associates Programme, with responsibilities spanning admin operations, event logistics and a calendar of donor events.

You will lead programme strategy, manage donor acquisition and stewardship, and maintain accurate donor records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Mass Communications, Business or related field.
3+ years in donor relations, stakeholder engagement or event management for Assistant Manager.
5–6 years in fundraising and donor management with proven project supervision for Manager.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, meticulous and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) or equivalent database tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the IPS Corporate Associates Programme, implementing improvements and new initiatives.
Plan and execute donor events end-to-end, including budgeting, procurement, speaker liaison, registration and post‑event follow‑up.
Drive donor acquisition, retention and renewals; prepare appeal materials and monitor campaigns; maintain donor relationships.
