Qualifications

• A degree holder with fundraising experience or strong transferable skills in key account management, business development, sales or marketing.
• Experience in higher education or philanthropy is a plus.
• Proven track record in fundraising or selling to individuals and organisations.
• Strong relationship builder with multi-donor portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic fundraising efforts for the NUS Business School.
• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate giving campaigns.
• Collaborate to identify and pursue new gift and funding opportunities.
• Facilitate all phases of gift cycles from initial contact to closure and stewardship.
• Create and present compelling solicitations and proposals to donors.
• Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate donors.
• Coordinate donor stewardship activities and events.
• Prepare impact reports updating donors on progress.
• Conduct prospect research and manage donor databases for lead generation.
• Develop strategies for donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Assist with gift administration and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned by the Development Office.
