Job summary

National University of Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Associate Director to lead Advancement & Development efforts. The role drives fundraising, donor engagement, alumni relations and strategic partnerships to support the School's priorities in education, research and public engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the School's advancement and fundraising strategy aligned with institutional priorities.
Serve as a key relationship manager for major donors, alumni leaders, foundations, corporations and strategic partners.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships that advance the School's objectives in education, research, thought leadership and public engagement.
Translate academic, research and policy initiatives into compelling cases for philanthropic and partnership support.
Contribute to the School's alumni engagement strategy and represent the School at external engagements.
Ensure donors and partners receive appropriate stewardship and reporting; monitor impact of contributions.
Work with the NUS Development Office and University stakeholders to align fundraising efforts.
