Job summary

• Prior experience in fieldwork operations or data collection management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong command of English with proficiency in at least one additional language – Chinese, Malay, or Tamil.

IPS is seeking to hire an Executive (Field Operations Management) for its Social Lab. This role supports the Field Manager in executing fieldwork duties for research projects and overseeing a team of interviewers to ensure the collection of high-quality and timely data through face-to-face, door-to-door, and computer-assisted telephone interviews using structured questionnaires.
