Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users and maintain desktop environments. You will work with senior engineers to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and install computer systems and applications.

You will respond to help desk requests, diagnose problems with desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, support operating systems and software, and assist with IT projects to improve performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of working experience
