U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a desktop support professional in Singapore to be the first point of contact for customers.

You will provide prompt assistance on a range of IT topics and ensure software, licenses and operations comply with standards. • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 (1 year minimum).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Security+/Network+ or Microsoft MD-102 are a plus or equivalent.

This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers, you will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.
