Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Desktop Engineer to support end-users and resolve incidents at the onsite counter and roaming sites in Singapore.

You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments, MS Outlook, and mobile devices, while maintaining case ownership and updating tickets to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• End user support experience (min 1 year) and desktop engineering exposure.
• Knowledge in Windows OS, Macintosh, MS Outlook, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support troubleshooting to users for incidents and service requests at counter and onsite roaming.
• Troubleshoot client platform problems.
• Respond promptly to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Provide timely status updates and ensure good customer experience.
• Maintain ownership of cases and record complete information until closure.
• Update progress in the ticketing system and escalate to Team Lead if escalation is needed.

Job Description -

• Provide desktop support troubleshooting to users reported Incidents and Service Request received for both walk-in counter users, and onsite roaming support -
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems. -
• Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
• Providetimely status updates to relevant parties. - Provide good customer experience/service. -
• Maintain ownership of cases and follow‑up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded. -
• Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event there is potential escalation. - Diligently update and track the progress of resolution in the ticketing system.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in IT related fields - Min 1 year End user support experience,Desktop Engineer. - Knowledge in Windows OS, Macintosh, MS Outlook, mobile devices support.
