Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a desktop / IT support professional to image and deploy desktop PCs and laptops, install hardware, and hand over devices to users. The role includes troubleshooting client platforms, handling incidents with timely updates, and performing service requests while monitoring SLAs.

You will also participate in platform upgrades, manage assets, and administer local servers to support software distribution and patch management.

Qualifications

• Experience imaging and deploying desktop PCs and laptops.
• Hands-on hardware installation (monitors, PC, webcam, etc.).
• Troubleshoot client platform problems and provide timely resolutions.
• Respond to incidents, provide status updates and permanent/temporary fixes.
• Handle service requests related to client platforms and maintain SLAs.
• Document configurations, monitor systems, and report on status to stakeholders.
• Participate in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
• Perform asset management and keep asset records up to date.
• Manage local user accounts (create, reset, delete) and support software distribution.
