Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for a Design Verification Lead to oversee verification strategies for complex IC designs. The role involves managing a team, developing verification environments, and ensuring high-quality silicon through advanced methodologies. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in IC verification, proficiency in UVM and SystemVerilog, and excellent mentorship skills. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in IC/SoC functional verification.
• Strong debugging skills with RTL simulation and waveform analysis.
• Proficient in UVM, SystemVerilog, Verilog, and SVA languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification strategy and execution for assigned DUT blocks.
• Guide and mentor the verification team in developing test plans.
• Develop and implement verification environments and test sequences.
• Run simulations, analyze results, and debug RTL issues.
• Manage regression testing to ensure design stability.

Skills

Debugging skills with RTL simulation and waveform analysis

Proficient in UVM

SystemVerilog

Verilog

SVA languages

Knowledge of NPU, AXI, NoC, RISC-V protocols

Team player with strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics
