Qualifications

• 2–3 years in skin/dermatology or aesthetic clinic ops.
• Experience launching a new medical/aesthetic clinic is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire launch phase: regulatory approvals, facility procurement, IT and staff recruitment to deliver a compliant clinic.
• Take full ownership of ongoing daily clinic operations and performance.
• Hire, supervise, train and schedule front desk staff and clinic assistants.
• Work with doctors and management to improve workflow and patient experience.
• Ensure MOH/HCSA and PDPA compliance prior to launch and in operations.
