Job summary

Seven Retail Group in Singapore is seeking an Aesthetic Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end setup and launch of a new aesthetic clinic. You will plan operations, recruit a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional client experiences.

You will manage daily clinic operations, ensure compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations, and collaborate with doctors and therapists to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aesthetic/medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare or related industry with clinic ops/management experience.
• Strong sales and commercial acumen with track record of revenue growth.
• Experience opening or launching a clinic or retail outlet is highly preferred.
• Ability to recruit, lead, coach and manage a team to meet sales and ops targets.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations, client consultation, treatment sales, CRM, and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinic setup and launch including planning, workflow, and pre-opening activities.
• Drive sales and revenue growth with strategic sales initiatives and targets.
• Build and lead the clinic team including clinicians and front desk staff.
• Establish SOPs and operational processes for efficient client journeys.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Monitor revenue, client spending, conversions, retention and costs.
