Qualifications

• Experience in clinic management, aesthetic services, healthcare operations, or a similar service environment.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain clinic sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise and motivate clinic staff to achieve objectives.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
• Ensure excellent patient service and handle feedback professionally.
• Monitor clinic performance, sales targets and operational expenses.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and procurement of clinic supplies.
• Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth.
