The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore seeks a Counsellor to formulate and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

You will provide case counselling/management support to students and collaborate with families and external agencies to render needed support. The role focuses on mental wellness interventions and social-emotional development for students.

What the role is:

As a Counsellor in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

What you will be working on:

You will provide case counselling/management support to students. You will be part of the professional team to coordinate and monitor the help provided to these students and/or work with their families and relevant stakeholders within ITE/external agencies to render support to these students

What we are looking for:

You are expected to provide case counselling/management support for students-and their families and implement mental wellness intervention programme, which include the following:

• Case counselling/management support for students
• Referring students to relevant stakeholders within and outside ITE to render necessary support.
• Implement programmes for students' mental wellness social-emotional development
