Asia Search Pte Ltd seeks a Deputy Manager (Compensation & Benefits) to oversee pay structures and benefits programs within a large organisation in Singapore. The role emphasizes market research, policy evaluation, and alignment with regulatory changes.

You will administer retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies while ensuring data-driven recommendations and cross-functional collaboration with HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Working experience in a large organisation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
