Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic's PACE Academy seeks a Deputy Manager for Programme Innovation & Solutions to lead the design, pilot, scale and evaluation of skills-based CET and workplace-learning solutions. You will translate labour-market insights into learning programs with pedagogy guidance for blended and online delivery.

Qualifications

• Competent in learning and development design for CET, adult learning and workplace learning.
• At least 5 years in CET, adult learning, curriculum or learning solution design or related fields.
• Experience conducting needs analysis and designing competency-based curricula and assessments.
• Practical digital and generative AI literacy, including responsible use in teaching and content workflows.
• Strong understanding of learning technologies, data literacy, accessibility and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse labour-market trends and enterprise needs to inform CET offerings.
• Translate needs into competency-based outcomes, modular pathways and assessments.
• Develop and evaluate concepts for training, micro-credentials and workplace learning.
• Provide pedagogical guidance across blended, online and workplace-integrated learning.
• Design and pilot responsible AI-enabled content development and learning analytics.
• Guide teams on AI prompting, output verification, bias checks and data privacy.
• Manage workplace learning projects from scoping to evaluation and closure.
• Maintain governance across scope, schedule, budget, resources and benefits realisation.
• Build relationships with SWDA, NACE Centres, IHLs, industry partners and learners.
• Use dashboards and performance data to present decision-ready recommendations.
