Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a senior leader to head a small team coordinating homeland security operations for the SAF. You will work with Whole-of-Government partners to plan and execute joint security operations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on operations-policy matters and planning.

The role requires extensive experience in leading teams and in operations and planning, with a focus on safeguarding national security and coordinating across agencies.

Qualifications

• Education in Management, Operations, Planning, Policy or a related field is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in working with and managing teams, with expertise in operations and planning.
