Job summary

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a senior staff officer to lead a small team coordinating homeland security operations for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

You will work with Whole-of-Government partners to plan joint security operations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on operations-policy matters and planning. A strong background in operations and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Education in Management, Operations, Planning, Policy or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in working with and managing teams, with expertise in operations and planning.

• Plan and coordinate operations-policy matters and operational planning challenges with stakeholders.
