Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a senior strategist to strengthen AI capabilities across Singapore’s financial sector. You will bridge industry, policy and supervisory domains, shaping initiatives that enable responsible AI adoption at scale.

You will work with financial institutions, AI firms, FinTechs and academia to translate regulatory perspectives into practical industry developments, driving policy-aligned transformative programs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, industry development, innovation, business transformation, public policy, regulation, supervision, compliance or risk management within financial services or the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Industry Capability Development: Shape strategies to strengthen AI capabilities and adoption across the financial sector.
• Industry Engagement: Work closely with financial institutions and industry stakeholders to develop initiatives that support industry transformation.
• Industry Enablement: Improve the enabling environment for responsible AI adoption.
• Strategic Planning: Drive MAS' approach to supporting AI capability development and adoption across the financial sector.
• Industry Insights: Monitor AI adoption trends, implementation experience and emerging challenges across the financial sector to inform MAS' strategies and initiatives.
