Job summary

EPOS in Singapore is seeking a Deployment Lead / Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end client deployments, from requirements review to go-live handover. Coordinate with Technical and Payment teams, verify prerequisites, and configure backend systems per project needs.

Lead pre-deployment calls, gather client info, track dependencies, and provide post-deployment stabilization support. Act as primary client contact when the Trainer is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand all project requirements outlined in the job sheet.
• Identify project scope, deliverables, dependencies, and special requirements.
• Clarify any missing or unclear information with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-deployment calls with clients to verify project readiness.
• Confirm deployment timelines, operational requirements, and business processes.
• Ensure clients are aware of the deployment plan and required preparations.
• Collect all necessary business information, documents, and setup requirements from clients.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information provided.
• Ensure all project prerequisites are fulfilled before deployment.
• Coordinate with the Technical Team and Payment Team regarding hardware, software, and payment device requirements.
• Track dependencies and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deployment readiness.
• Escalate risks or blockers that may impact project timelines.
• Create and configure client backend systems according to project requirements.
• Set up required modules and configurations, including: QR tenant creation, Menu creation and configuration, User account setup, Device assignment and configuration, Other system setup requirements.
• Perform internal validation to ensure configurations are deployment-ready.
• Conduct final deployment readiness checks with both the assigned Trainer and Client.
• Confirm all setup requirements have been completed prior to deployment.
• Ensure smooth handover to the Trainer for onsite or remote deployment activities.
• Provide operational support during the one-week stabilization period following deployment
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to rectify deployment-related issues promptly.
• Act as the primary point of contact in client group chats when the assigned Trainer is unavailable during office hours
• Ensure all identified issues are tracked, communicated, and resolved within agreed timelines.
