Job summary

NETe2 Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects. You will track schedules from kick-off to handover, coordinate cross-functional requirements across software, infrastructure, hardware, and client teams, and report progress and risks to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant engineering or IT field.
• Hands-on project coordination and systems integration experience.
• Experience in SI or IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Track and drive technical project schedules from kick-off to handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional requirements among internal software developers, infrastructure/network teams, hardware vendors, and client project teams.
• Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and risk escalations to higher management.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project and system documentation, including System Architecture & Design Documents, OSAT, UAT, and operation manuals.
