Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Practice Development Manager for Singapore to drive sales for the APAC region. You will manage accounts, develop practice opportunities, and close deals while collaborating with Marketing and regional teams.

The role requires field-driven leadership, a passion for growth, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in dental or medical spaces. Based in Singapore with full-time employment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in business, marketing or related science.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales or business development with proven results.
• Medical, orthodontic, and/or dental sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all customer types.

Aufgaben

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Co-create value-driven solutions with assigned accounts and plan sales strategies.
• Lead and motivate the sales team within Align Technology (Invisalign Singapore).
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Sales Manager.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the dental industry and Align product portfolio.
• Build strong ethical relationships to grow market share and provider adoption.
