BrightArk is seeking an experienced Dental Solution Specialist to grow our clear-aligner business in Singapore. The role requires deep knowledge of the dental market, a strong clinic network, and the ability to drive sales from prospecting to closing.

You will travel to clinics, work with a cross-functional team, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver a positive customer experience and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales specialist or admin experience in clear-aligner company or distributor.
• Existing direct relationships with mid-sized dental/orthodontic clinics in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore dental/orthodontic market.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with dental/orthodontic clinics, especially mid-sized ones.
• Manage clinic partners in Singapore and assigned territories.
• Introduce clear-aligner products and solutions to dentists and clinic owners.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical-support, and operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Dental Solution Specialist to develop our clear-aligner business in Singapore. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the dental and orthodontic market, an established network of clinics, and experience working for a clear-aligner company or distributor.

This position is based in Singapore and requires regular visits to dental and orthodontic clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with sales team develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and business-growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental and orthodontic clinics, particularly mid-sized clinics.
• Manage clinic partners in Singapore and other assigned territories.
• Introduce clear-aligner products and solutions to dentists, orthodontists, clinic owners, and other decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
• Work closely with sales team and clinic partners to understand their needs and support long-term business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical-support, and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven 2-3 years sales specialist or admin experience with a clear-aligner company or a clear-aligner/dental product distributor.
• Existing direct relationships with mid-sized dental or orthodontic clinics in Singapore, especially in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore dental and orthodontic market.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling directly to dentists, orthodontists, or clinic owners.
• An established network within Singapore’s dental industry.
• Experience launching or expanding a dental or clear-aligner brand.
• Team leadership or distributor-management experience.
