Modern Dental Laboratory (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to grow our network of dental clinic partners in Singapore.

You will be the main link between dentists and our laboratory, explaining technical implant and restorative cases to dentists and supporting clinics through onboarding and ongoing collaboration. You will identify, approach and onboard dental clinics, relay case requirements to technicians, maintain long-term relationships, present our services and workflows

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience in dental, medical device or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
• Able to explain technical service details clearly and understand clinicians' requirements.
• Independent, outgoing and confident in building client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Identify, approach and onboard dental clinics and dentists to use our laboratory services.
• Act as the main point of contact between dental professionals and laboratory technicians; relay case requirements, clarify specifications, and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clinic accounts through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Present services, materials and workflows clearly to dentists, including technical aspects of restorative and implant cases.
• Work with headquarters and laboratory technicians to ensure cases meet quality control standards and are delivered on time.
• Monitor client feedback, turnaround performance and case issues, and elevate where needed.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets; maintain accurate records of leads, accounts and pipeline.

We are looking for an Account Manager to grow our network of dental clinic partners in Singapore. You will be the main link between dentists and our laboratory. The role involves explaining technical implant and restorative cases to dentists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach and onboard dental clinics and dentists to use our laboratory services

• Act as the main point of contact between dental professionals and our laboratory technicians: relay case requirements, clarify specifications, and resolve issues

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clinic accounts through regular visits and follow-ups

• Present our services, materials and workflows clearly to dentists, including technical aspects of restorative and implant cases

• Work with headquarters and laboratory technicians to ensure cases meet quality control standards and are delivered on time

• Monitor client feedback, turnaround performance and case issues, and elevate where needed

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets; maintain accurate records of leads, accounts and pipeline

• Keep up to date on our product range and on developments in the dental industry

Requirements:

• Degree or higher in Oral Health, Therapy or related fields. Candidates with other qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.

• At least 5 years of sales or account management experience. Experience in the dental, medical device or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with dental procedures, terminology or clinic operations

• Knowledge of dental implants and implant prosthetics is preferred

• Able to explain technical service details clearly and understand dentists' clinical requirements

• Independent, outgoing and confident in building client relationships

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
