Job summary

INITIA GROUP is the leading brand concept group in Singapore & Malaysia, with a strong presence in beauty and F&B, and expansion across Art, Retail and Photo Studios. We are a fast-paced, growing company seeking talented Demi CDP to support the CDP & Sous Chef in delivering high-quality food.

As part of the Back-of-House team, you will ensure daily menu execution, maintain ingredient records, and uphold safety standards while exploring new plating techniques and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or culinary school qualification.
• Experience in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to work well in a team and multitask.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation best practices.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus with the team.
• Manage daily ingredients and maintain PO documentation.
• Follow directions of the executive and sous chef.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Suggest new dish presentations and optimize cooking processes.
• Support productivity and food quality improvements.
