SHOKZ (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated professional to join the Demand Planning team.

You will learn end-to-end planning processes from market demand to supply chain execution and gradually grow into a supply chain expert capable of forecasting and inventory optimization. Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and IT to ensure forecasting outputs are implemented and replenishment strategies are effective.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills and Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
• Interest in supply chain management and ability to learn quickly.
• Good communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Learn core demand planning methodologies: forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and EOL management.
• Apply statistical methods to market demand forecasting and support decisions.
• Analyze sales warehouse inventory and assist in optimizing replenishment strategies.
• Support last-mile delivery operations and transfer order execution.
• Participate in demand analysis and supply prep for new product launches and EOL.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and IT to implement forecasting outputs.
