Job summary

Adidas Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Demand Planning to drive the full planning process across channels and brands. You will align unconstraint demand, generate the Demand Planning Signal, and inform Purchasing and Inventory decisions.

The role requires data integrity, collaboration with Marketing and Country Commercial teams, and in-season analysis to support sales targets and availability across markets in SEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–5 years of demand planning experience in a large sales organization.
• Experience in sport or clothing industry preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning process and create Demand Planning Signal for designated markets.
• Ensure data integrity and forecast accuracy; manage system integrations between SCM-APO, AFS-SCA, and MSTR.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Country Commercial teams to align forecasts.
• Review and adjust Demand Planning Signal before sending to Purchasing.
• Perform in-season forecasting analysis and communicate insights with SEA teams.
