Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Driver in Singapore to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations for F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and deliver goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and safe handling.

You will also assist with supplier pickups and outlet openings, and help procurement with logistics needs. The role requires a secondary education background, a valid Class 3/3A driving license, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery is preferred but not essential.
• Able to handle manual handling tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory and stock control.
• Able to communicate in English for work instructions and coordination.
• Willing to work flexible hours to support deliveries and operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming goods with proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transportation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clean warehouse environment.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and collect items from suppliers.
• Assist with new outlet openings and logistics tasks as needed.
• Follow traffic laws and ensure vehicle maintenance.
