Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Driver in Singapore to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations for F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and deliver goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean, safe warehouse environment.

You will also assist with deliveries to new outlets and collaborate with Procurement and Operations on logistics tasks.

Qualifications

• Secondary School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations preferred.
• Able to lift, load, and unload goods as required.
• English for work; Chinese a bonus for supplier/outlet comms.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries for storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transportation.
• Maintain proper storage and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with stock counting and warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and collect from suppliers.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations on logistics tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse/Procurement Manager.
