Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Driver in Singapore to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations for F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and deliver goods while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe warehouse environment.

You should have a secondary education, a valid Class 3/3A driving license, and be able to work with basic inventory practices. English communication is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed with basic reading and writing in English.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or delivery is preferred but not required.
• Basic inventory management knowledge and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate in English; Chinese helpful for supplier/outlet communications.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods for storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery to outlets.
• Load/unload goods and ensure safe handling during transport.
• Maintain organized inventory and routine stock checks.
• Deliver to INITIA Group outlets and collect items from suppliers.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with road rules.
• Support new outlet openings and logistics tasks as needed.
• Assist Procurement/Operations with ad-hoc warehouse tasks.
