Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Driver in Singapore to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations for our F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and deliver goods while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized workspace.

The role requires a valid Class 3/3A driving license, ability to lift and handle cargo, and good communication. Prior warehouse or delivery experience is a plus, and forklift skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or delivery operations preferred.
• Experience in F&B, retail, warehouse or logistics operations an advantage.
• Able to handle manual handling tasks including lifting and loading.
• English communication for work instructions; Chinese is an advantage where required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transportation.
• Maintain inventory organization and stock counts.
• Assist with stock checks and warehouse supplies.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and collect from suppliers.
• Verify delivery quantities and obtain acknowledgements.
• Ensure safe handling and transport of goods.
