Job summary

BRIGHT VISION CAREER CONSULTANT is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee cleaning staff across commercial and industrial sites. The role emphasizes adherence to hygiene standards, safety practices, and timely completion of duties, with regular inspections and workforce planning.

The successful candidate will train and manage junior staff, ensure quality service, and address customer feedback while coordinating daily and monthly work plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must work on weekends and public holidays.
• Experience supervising cleaning staff in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to train and discipline staff when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises cleaning staff in assigned area and ensures tasks meet standards.
• Conducts regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety.
• Plans workschedules and deployment of manpower.
• Trains new and existing employees and handles disciplinary actions when applicable.
• Handles customer feedback and maintains high service quality.
• Troubleshoots maintenance service failures (e.g., HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing).
