Job summary

BRIGHT VISION CAREER CONSULTANT is seeking a on-site Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning staff across designated areas, including weekend and public holiday shifts. You will supervise, train and evaluate staff, and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met while coordinating maintenance tasks and responding to client feedback.

The role requires hands-on leadership, regular inspections, and the ability to implement process improvements for reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure safety practices.
• Plan and deploy manpower for assigned areas.
• Inspect cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Handle customer feedback and maintain high service levels.
• Coordinate maintenance-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide cleaners assigned to an area.
• Follow work instructions to maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure all cleaning is carried out safely and to standard.
• Plan daily and monthly works for the area.
• Inspect and report defects, attendance and completion of duties.
• Troubleshoot maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain service quality.
• Train new/existing employees and coach staff to meet standards.
• Manage work execution and performance of junior staff.
• Provide training and ensure safety practices on site.
• Implement plans to improve work processes and service quality.
