Singtel Group is hiring a Delivery Manager with experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies. The role focuses on empowering teams, removing impediments, and ensuring clear backlog priorities with engineering and product owners.

You will coach teams, manage dependencies, and track velocity and sprint health to align with business goals. You will contribute to building AI-enabled, secure, and scalable services across networks and platforms, driving continuous improvement and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Scrum Master / PM experience
• Deep understanding of Scrum & Agile principles
• Backlog refinement & prioritization facilitation
• Sprint execution & delivery tracking
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Define and prioritize product backlogs with Engineering and Product Owners
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts or issues that arise
• Coach teams to surface dependencies and risks and elevate them in a timely manner
• Track and report team progress, velocity, and sprint health for transparency
• Surface team metrics and drive continuous improvement across the team
