Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in software development management, application management, project delivery, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and tracking project deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional software development teams to meet milestones.
- Define priorities with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers.
- Track progress, identify risks, and resolve impediments to maintain momentum.
