Job summary

Prudential Plc is seeking a Programme Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of assigned projects in Singapore. The role partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation handovers. Degree holders with project management certification are desirable.

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, timelines and resource plans.
• Track progress, manage dependencies and critical paths.
• Establish governance, documentation and reporting structures.
• Manage risks, issues and change requests; escalate with clear options.
