Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple HR priority projects, driving large-scale organisational change and transformation initiatives. You will support the Programme Manager and ensure end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, cost and quality per CDS and relevant frameworks.

You will establish governance, manage vendors, and mitigate risks while coordinating across business units and external partners to achieve milestones and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within banking, financial services, or HR consulting.
• Experience managing Agile and waterfall projects.
• Proficient with project management tools: Clarity, ADO, Confluence, MS Office, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into clear project objectives, KPIs and milestones with the Programme Manager.
• Maintain delivery governance with regular reporting and timely decisions.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and governance across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to drive on‑time delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning with Clarity and other tools.
• Lead risk and issue management with escalation and mitigation plans.
• Ensure handover to BAU with operational readiness and lessons learned.
