Job summary

Prudential Plc Singapore seeks a motivated professional for the New Business / Policy Services product delivery function. You will drive smooth roll-outs of new products, ensure high automation, and support in operationalising product features.

You will work with project groups, develop business requirements, run UAT plans, train staff, and monitor post-implementation progress to resolve issues and ensure defect-free launches.

Responsibilities

• Represent New Business Admin/Policy Services in project meetings and understand product features.
• Analyse product features with stakeholders and finalize processes.
• Collaborate with technology on UAT plans and sign-off.
• Provide UAT scenarios and verify outputs to ensure defect-free rollouts.
• Document business rules and train New Business/Policy Services teams.
• Monitor post-implementation progress and escalate issues timely.
