Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead software initiatives within our Distributed Ledger Technology Centre of Excellence. You will own end-to-end delivery of blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, and enterprise integrations.

As Delivery Lead, you will guide multiple squads, partner with business and technology heads, manage programs, and shape an AI-native engineering model with governance and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Banking/Financial services with blockchain initiatives.
• Hands-on with permissioned blockchain frameworks (Quorum, Hyperledger Besu, Fabric, Corda).
• Experience introducing AI-assisted engineering or software-development automation.
• Strong backend skills in Python or Golang and Solidity.
• Proven leadership and governance in large-scale delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Digital Ledger Technologies (DLT) strategy and delivery roadmap.
• Lead multiple squads across blockchain, digital assets, and integration workstreams.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology heads to align programs with business outcomes.
• Drive governance, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Champion AI-assisted development and responsible use of AI tools in engineering.
