Job summary

Standard Chartered seeks an experienced Development Manager to lead DLT/DA initiatives within the Distributed Ledger Technology Centre of Excellence. You will own end-to-end delivery across blockchain infrastructure, tokenization modules, and enterprise integrations, guiding multiple squads and collaborating with business partners and risk teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking/fintech experience
• Hands-on experience with permissioned blockchain frameworks
• Demonstrable AI-assisted software development leadership
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python/Golang/Solidity
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of cryptography and security best practices
• Ability to lead multiple squads and partner with business stakeholders
